Key, a 12-year-old farm boy, unexpectedly awakens an ancient and destructive force known as tama magic. To learn to control this dangerous gift, he enrolls at the elite sports academy Cal Asterok, where students train in goro-tama—a brutal game combining classic football with combat spells. Key teams up with goalkeeper Ssyelle and revives the abandoned school team, the Knights. As outsiders, they challenge the reigning champions, but Key must also tame the fury of the dragon raging within him while Ssyelle holds the team together.
