Arnold, a middle-aged mouse without work, tells his wife María that he believes their reality is fabricated—a mere set, their lives scripted. When his best friend Ramiro dies under strange circumstances, Arnold follows the trail to a monolithic corporation whose reach extends into every part of daily existence.
