About the film
Coming in hot.
What it’s about
Manny, Sid, Diego, and the rest of the herd are drawn into the Lost World, a land of active volcanoes and roaming dinosaurs. Their usual squabbles and survival skills are tested by a landscape that shifts under their feet and creatures far larger than any they have faced.
What hooks you
Ray Romano, John Leguizamo, and Denis Leary return as the voices of Manny, Sid, and Diego. Simon Pegg is back as the fearless Buck, and Queen Latifah voices Ellie. The film is part of the Ice Age collection and brings back the saber-toothed squirrel Scrat, now joined by a baby and a giant Jurassic version.
Who it’s for
It is worth a look for anyone who enjoys animated family adventures where comedy and peril share the screen. It will suit those who like prehistoric creatures, slapstick chases, and the familiar warmth of long-running characters facing an unfamiliar world.
