What it’s about

Ten-year-old Lisa, bullied in the decaying town of Rosenhill, hides in the library and finds a book that teaches how to develop superpowers. She trains, learns to fly and talk to animals, and as "Red Mask" she helps those in trouble. Meanwhile, villains plan to plunge the city into eternal darkness, and Lisa must gather a team to oppose them.
