What it’s about

Iori Kitahara arrives in Izu City to attend college and rents a room from the Kotegawa family, who run the Grand Blue diving shop. He is terrified of water and wants nothing to do with the sea. But when he meets a rowdy group of upperclassmen from the diving club, his quiet student life is upended. Drawn into their hard-drinking antics, Iori finds himself gradually facing his fear and discovering the ocean's pull.
