About the film
What it’s about
Tori, 16, refuses to go to school, so her mother takes her to Ben, her grandfather, who lives in a rustic cabin in Eastern Manitoba. The area is isolated, near the American-Canadian border. Tori finds it hard to adjust to Ben's woodsman lifestyle, but she must learn quickly when she is caught up in a dangerous game of cat and mouse.
What hooks you
Malia Baker plays Tori, and Roy Dupuis plays Ben. The film is directed by James McLellan and Alexandre Trudeau, who also wrote the script. Catherine Bérubé appears as Nicole.
