Yu-na works as an insurance claim adjuster, trained to separate truth from lies. She is assigned to investigate a death by falling that may be a suicide. The case brings her to Soon-gyoo, the deceased's elusive guardian. Soon-gyoo runs sessions of laughter therapy that seem to hover between enlightenment and con. As Yu-na digs deeper, she begins to doubt whether he is a mentor or a manipulator. Her guarded inner world starts to shake under the weight of inexplicable coincidences.
