What it’s about

In 2002, the seaside town of Dening sees a string of murders. Gambler Sun Xingwang is killed, then Zhu Zhihong, deputy director of Donghu Market, and his brother Zhou Liang. All three die in the same way. Evidence points to Jiang Siming, sworn brother of the two brothers. As police close in, Jiang Siming is attacked and hunted. In a critical moment, the police capture the real murderer, but the inside story is just beginning. A storm of fate engulfs Jiang Siming and his wife Wu Yan.
