What it’s about
A retired professor in his seventies values days when nothing happens. His comfortable home and lazy naps end when his daughter arrives with her two children. She has left her unfaithful husband and has nowhere else to go. His apartment becomes a madhouse, and he takes on the mission of reconciling her with her husband.
