Stories from the set

The mountain scenes were filmed in a stone quarry in Thailand at heights of up to 15 meters.

The filmmakers tried to create the illusion of great height using clever camera angles, avoiding the use of computer graphics. Also, the directors Michael Spierig and Peter Spierig cast actresses who were ready to perform as many stunts as possible themselves. For this reason, Harriet Slater and Arsema Thomas spent a great deal of time at height during filming.
