About the film
What it’s about
Hsuchuan, an employee at a game company, is working on a horror VR game. During a scan of a house where a father killed his children and the mother disappeared, workers awaken a ghost; one dies, and the other delivers a clay doll to the office. Hsuchuan takes the doll home. His pregnant wife, Muhua, a cultural relic restorer, becomes fixated on repairing it. Strange events escalate, Muhua's health deteriorates, and Hsuchuan, at a loss, seeks help from a spiritual medium, Ahsheng. The doll's horrifying secret begins to surface.
