About the film

What it’s about

Ivan Dobrynin, a contemporary boy, has no use for Russian fairy tales and refuses to believe in them. His skepticism is upended when he accidentally falls into a magic chest and lands in a realm where those very stories are real. To return home, he must confront evil spirits, make friends, and perform a truly heroic deed.
