About the film

What it’s about

Barbara Lucke spent decades as the works-council leader at Sander Versandhaus. Shortly before retirement, she is unexpectedly voted out of office and loses her leave of absence. She must return to her former clerical position in the department run by her son Bastian, an up-and-coming manager who wants to impress with modern leadership methods.
