Class Reunion

What it’s about

Hervé, Maxime, and Jordy feel nostalgic about their high school years and decide to organise a lavish reunion party for their 30-year graduation anniversary. Their plan hits a snag when almost no one wants to attend, and former classmates Anne and Marion actively work to sabotage the event. The trio are forced to confront the uncomfortable possibility that they were never as popular as they believed, and that their glory days were largely a figment of their own imagination.

What hooks you

Jérôme Commandeur directs and stars as Jordy, alongside Laurent Lafitte as Hervé and François Damiens as Maxime. The cast also includes Vanessa Paradis as Anne and Delphine Baril as Marion.

Who it’s for

It suits viewers who enjoy comedies about male friendship and midlife crises, where deluded characters are forced to face reality. It will also appeal to those who like French humour with a touch of nostalgia and cringe comedy.
