What it’s about

Zheng Ligun is being escorted to his execution when a sudden earthquake strikes. The guardhouse collapses, and he escapes death, suddenly finding himself free. But his freedom is complicated: he has only 24 hours left to live, and the disaster has thrown everyone into chaos. Police officer Wei Chixiao decides to form a temporary rescue team. Zheng is caught between fleeing and helping others, while the guards must decide how to handle the prisoners in the aftermath.
