About the film

A marine biology team goes missing at sea under bizarre circumstances.

What it’s about

A research vessel is at sea in the Gulf of Mexico to look into unusual shark activity. The crew soon finds that the truth behind a local island legend is far more horrifying than they expected. Their investigation takes them two thousand feet down, where rare sharks strike their submersible, and into night dives amid a feeding frenzy. As the vessel begins to sink and ghost divers close in, tensions among the crew rise, and every breath of air becomes a question.
