A Make or Break Holiday

What it’s about

Liv and Daniel have recently gone on a break, but they had already planned to host their families together for Christmas. To avoid upsetting their relatives, they decide to keep their original plans and pretend to still be a couple during the holidays.

What hooks you

Martin Wood directs Hunter King and Evan Roderick as the pair trying to maintain the illusion. The story comes from writers Vanessa Marano and Danielle Morrow, who also appears in a supporting role. The setup promises awkward family moments and the slow rediscovery of why they fell in love.

Who it’s for

It is worth a look for anyone who enjoys holiday-themed relationship dramas where forced proximity and family expectations put a strained couple to the test. It will also appeal to those who like stories about second chances and the pressure of keeping up appearances.
