What it’s about
In the mountains of Lesotho, 80-year-old Mantoa is making arrangements for her burial after learning her son has died in the South African mines. Her plans are disrupted when authorities announce the village will be resettled to make way for a reservoir. Mantoa decides to defend her community's spiritual heritage.
