What it’s about

Gabriel Glas, a solitary physician, holds society's superficiality in contempt. When fashion designer Helga enters his life, trapped in a destructive marriage, he sees a chance to save her. Their connection pulls him into a tangle of lies, desire, and power, and the deeper he is drawn, the more moral boundaries he crosses.
