What it’s about

Rick makes a living playing weddings, his own musical ambitions long past. At one gig he is asked to accompany Danny, a boy-band star whose fame is fading. They share a late-night jam session and exchange tunes. When Danny turns one of Rick's songs into a worldwide hit, Rick decides to claim the recognition he believes is his, but no one, not even his wife and daughter, believes him.
