About the film
A family with a pint to prove.
What it’s about
Cal and Abi inherit their late mother's struggling pub. They clash over every decision, unable to mourn or save the business. Then they find her old recipe for a distinctive ale she once brewed for close friends. They decide to revive it, spending their last money on ingredients and new equipment. But making good beer isn't enough; they need recognition. Their only chance is to enter the Great British Beer Awards, where the best brews in the country compete.
