Jack's Thai vocabulary is extremely limited, and he constantly repeated the word "What?" in various ways, creating the impression of a conversation. At the premiere screenings in Thailand, Thais applauded Robert De Niro for his efforts.

In the final stage of the film, where Focker is being chased off, Pam's hair part is on the right side of her head. In the next moment, as she sees the chased-off Focker out, the part has somehow moved to the left, and freckles have appeared on the actress's face.

Mr. Jinx was played by a cat named Mishka.
