About the film

What it’s about

Old Wang, a retired engineer, struggles with cognitive decline but holds fast to a single purpose: securing a wife for his son. He slips away to the well-known matchmaking corner in People's Park, where parents seek partners for their children. Rather than a daughter-in-law, he finds companionship among other lonely seniors.
