What it’s about
Thirteen-year-old Roy agrees to spend a year with his estranged father Tom on Sukkwan Island, deep in the Norwegian fjords. The plan is to reconnect through adventure, but the isolation and harsh conditions quickly turn the experience into a fight for survival. Their unresolved emotional turmoil surfaces as they face the unforgiving landscape.
