Alejandro Puente is a Mexican actor, screenwriter, and director of short films. He is known in his home country for the role of Todd Anderson in the Mexican stage adaptation of Dead Poets Society, with Alfonso Herrera in the lead role. He had previously made his television debut in the series Dandy.

In New York, USA, he was a student of Darren Aronofsky, the great director and screenwriter. In his short career as a director and screenwriter, Puente has released two films: Goodbye, Hamburg (2018) and Veronica (2018).
