Alice Maio Mackay (born 4 August 2004) is an Australian filmmaker best known as the writer and director of the queer horror films T Blockers and Satranic Panic (2023).

Since 2017, Maio Mackay has released work under her own company, One Manner Productions. Many of her works are funded through crowdfunding. After a series of short films, Maio Mackay's debut feature film, So Vam, was released in 2021, followed the next year by Bad Girl Boogey. Her next two feature films, T Blockers and Satranic Panic, were released in 2023. A fifth feature film by Maio Mackay was announced in May 2023. The title Carnage for Christmas was revealed in August of that year. The film was released on 4 May 2024 at the Salem Horror Fest.

Maio Mackay made her on-screen acting debut in 2024 in Louise Weard's film Castration Movie, playing the role of Alyssa.
