Alyssa Jayne Milano (born December 19, 1972, Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, New York, USA) is an American film, television, and voice actress and singer. She is best known for her roles as Samantha Micelli in the sitcom Who's the Boss? (1984–1992), Jennifer Mancini in Melrose Place (1997–1998), Phoebe Halliwell in the television series Charmed (1998–2006), and Savannah Davis in the television series Mistresses (2013–2014).
