She was born in Moscow, RSFSR, USSR, into the family of cinematographer Nikolai Nemolyaev, the brother of the popular film actress Svetlana Nemolyaeva. Her grandfather was film director Vladimir Nemolyaev, known for the films The Happy Flight, Doctor Aybolit and others, and her grandmother worked her whole life as a sound engineer at Mosfilm. As a child Anastasiya was fond of drawing and embroidery, glued toys, and painted kitchen boards with oil paints. She actively appeared in films during her teenage years. In 1991 she graduated from GITIS (M. Zakharov's workshop). From 1995 to 1999 she performed at the Theater on Malaya Bronnaya. Anastasiya Nemolyaeva is married to Veniamin Skalnik and has three children. Together with her husband she runs a design business.

She actively collaborates with many well-known Moscow galleries. Her works (glass, wood, furniture) are held in private collections in Russia, France, Great Britain, Japan, Italy and other countries. Several works by A. Nemolyaeva are held in the Russian Museum of Naive Art. In 2005 she took part in the art event Cow Parade in Moscow. Since the 2000s Anastasiya has not worked in the theater and occasionally appears in films (the film Peregon, to which she was invited by Aleksandr Rogozhkin, and the series Diamond Hunters); with her husband she opened her own art Studio of Anastasiya Nemolyaeva and Workshop of Veniamin Skalnik, where she works as a designer in the technique of painting on glass and wood (furniture, dishes), and also paints interiors.
