Art Malik (real name Athar Ul-Haq Malik) is a British stage and screen actor of Pakistani origin. He was born into the family of an ophthalmic surgeon. From 1974 to 1977 he studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. From 1979 he was a member of the Old Vic company, and from 1980 of the Royal Shakespeare Company. In 2013 he was a member of the jury for the BIFA award for Best British Independent Film.

The actor has appeared in such films as Diana: The Story of Love, True Lies, The Jewel in the Crown, and A Passage to India. He also appeared in the TV film Agatha Christie's Poirot, where he played a friend of Martin Shaw's character, and in the series Homeland, Sherlock, and The Borgias.
