Biography

Turkish actor Burak Özçivit was born on December 24, 1984 in Istanbul. He also graduated from the cinematography department there, after which he began acting in films and TV series. Burak's success came with the TV series Magnificent Century and Çalıkuşu. On the set of the latter, Özçivit met actress Fahriye Evcen, whom he married in 2017.

The couple is raising a son. Among the notable TV series featuring Burak are also Black Love and Kuruluş: Osman. Özçivit regularly appears on lists of the most handsome actors in Turkey, and in 2005 he took second place in the Best Model of the World contest.
