Cara Seymour is an English stage and film actress. She has appeared in many ensemble casts of such acclaimed films as American Psycho, Adaptation, Gangs of New York, Hotel Rwanda, and Wild.

She has performed on stage in the NYSF production of Caryl Churchill's play The Skriker alongside Jane Atkinson, Angie Phillips, and fellow Wild cast member Philip Seymour Hoffman. Most recently, she played the role of Marjorie Miller, the mother of the protagonist Jenny, in the critically acclaimed Sundance film An Education.
