Carlos Jaime Alazraqui (born July 20, 1962) is an American actor, stand-up comedian, impressionist, and voice actor. He is best known for his role as Deputy Sheriff James Garcia on the Comedy Central series Reno 911!. Among his voice roles are Bobby Fabulous on Phineas and Ferb, the Taco Bell chihuahua, Denzel Q. Crocker and Juandissimo Magnifico on The Fairly OddParents!, Rocco on Rocko's Modern Life, Laszlo on Camp Lazlo, and Jonathan Weed on Family Guy.
