Carlos Siguion-Reyna is a Filipino director, producer, and actor in film and television. He is known for directing the 1991 romantic drama Hihintayin Kita sa Langit, a loose adaptation of Emily Brontë's 1847 novel Wuthering Heights; the 1995 drama Inagaw Mo ang Lahat sa Akin; and the 1997 drama Ang Lalaki sa Buhay ni Selya, which won the Teddy Jury Award at the Berlinale. As an actor, he is known for the films Filipiñana (2026), which received the Sundance Special Jury Award for Creative Vision (World Cinema), and GomBurZa (2023).

He has twice won the award for Best Director at the Gawad Urian Awards for the films Ikaw Pa Lang ang Minahal and Hihintayin Kita sa Langit. He is also a recipient of the FAMAS Award for Best Director.
