Celine Li aspired to a career in the entertainment industry from a young age. She gained local fame thanks to her impressive performing talents in her teenage years and early adulthood. Naturally, she decided to enroll at the Communication University of China, known for nurturing the country's television and radio hosts. After receiving her bachelor's degree, she achieved success in various vocal competitions across China.

Celine's path continued: she received a Master of Fine Arts degree in acting from the Beijing Film Academy. Under the guidance of her mentor Cui Xing Qing, a nationally recognized teacher of stage arts, she further honed her skills. Together with her mentor, Celine co-authored a book dedicated to the soul and essence of stage arts, published in 2005.

Her career expanded into acting in short and feature films, where she shared the screen with such notable figures as the popular Chinese actor Huang Bo. In 2009, Celine began a new chapter, immigrating to the US. She studied at the School of Visual Arts in New York and at the University of California, Los Angeles. Her passion for acting, filmmaking, and distribution continued to drive her endeavors in the US.

Celine reached a significant milestone by serving as producer and starring in the feature film "When He Returns." Her talent and dedication were recognized: she received the Best Actress award at several film festivals.
