Connar Brown was born in Chicago, Illinois, but lived in Tokyo, Japan, from the age of five. She attended the Sacred Heart International School, where she began performing in school productions. She continued acting after moving to the United Kingdom and attended the American School in London, then returned to the United States and graduated from Atlanta International School in Atlanta, Georgia.

She graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Acting and a double minor in video production and voiceover.
