Dominika was born on July 4, 1990 in Bánovce nad Bebravou. She has an older brother who does not live in Slovakia. Her father was a stuntman, but also acted in amateur theater. The genes for artistic creativity come from her grandfather, who played the clarinet, oboe and saxophone. He was also a teacher. Her father's love of acting, albeit in amateur form, brought Dominika to the dramatic stage at an early age.

Later she studied at a private conservatory in Nitra, where she had the opportunity to become acquainted with the stage of the Andrej Bagar Theater. She then studied acting at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. Her career began with acting work at the theater in Partizánske. Thanks to her education and talent, she got into the Astorka Korzo '90 theater in Bratislava. She was fascinated by the character traits of each character she had to create. Her versatility is also reflected in her musical and vocal talent, as evidenced by her participation in the pop group "S hudbou vesmírnou". Here she also applies her love of playing the saxophone. She does not take the music industry or the position of singer seriously; on the contrary, this role is entertainment for her.

Since 2010 she has been a vegetarian. She recognizes a healthy lifestyle in the form of physical exercise and natural products. Her relaxation is long walks. Her daughter Amálka was born in 2016.
