Elham Ehsas is a BAFTA-nominated and Oscar-shortlisted writer, director and actor, best known for his provocative roles on both the big and small screens. He made his acting debut in the critically acclaimed international hit The Kite Runner, after which he appeared in many films and television series, including War Machine with Brad Pitt, Netflix's Young Wallander, the final season of Showtime's Homeland, and Apple TV's Shantaram. He has also performed on stage at the Young Vic, in the West End and in New York in the play The Jungle.

Elham continues to challenge himself by embodying complex characters in both film and television, as well as writing and developing his own thought-provoking films.
