Glenn Ficarra (born May 27, 1969) is an American screenwriter, director, and producer. He frequently collaborates with John Requa.

Ficarra is the son of Marianne and Robert F. Ficarra, the grandson of Teresa (née Filippone) and Frank Ficarra, and the brother of Chris Ficarra. Ficarra attended St. John Vianney High School in Holmdel Township, New Jersey.

Ficarra met John Requa at Pratt Institute, where they both studied film.

After college, Requa and Ficarra went to work in animation at the Nickelodeon television channel.
