Nihat Haluk Bilginer (born 5 June 1954) is a Turkish actor. In addition to his acting career in Turkey, he has also worked in the United Kingdom and is best known for his role as Mehmet Osman in the television soap opera EastEnders in the 1980s. He has also appeared in Hollywood films as a supporting actor. He played the villainous guerrilla leader in the 1987 comedy film Ishtar and a Turkish mafia boss in the 2001 dark comedy Buffalo Soldiers. In 2018 he played Dr. Sartain in the film Halloween, and in 2023 he starred in the TV series Turkish Detective.

For his role in the series Şahsiyet (2018), Bilginer won the award for best male actor at the 47th International Emmy Awards.
