Kathleen Chalfant (born 1945, San Francisco) is an American actress, primarily of the stage. She received a Tony Award nomination for "Angels in America" (1993) and has won numerous awards for "Wit" (1998), including the Drama Desk, Lucille Lortel, and Obie Awards. In 2018 she received an Obie Award for sustained excellence in her career.

Among her notable film works are "The Old Man" (2021) and "Familiar Touch" (2024), the latter earning her the Horizons Award at the Venice Film Festival and the National Society of Film Critics Award for Best Actress. She is married to photographer Henry Chalfant.
