Born on May 24, 1974 in Sofia, Bulgaria. Daughter of actress Irina Alfyorova and Bulgarian diplomat Boyko Gyurov. She was later adopted by Aleksandr Abdulov when he married Irina Alfyorova.

In 1992 she enrolled at the Moscow State Law Academy. She later graduated from the Moscow Art Theater School (Yevgeny Kamenkovich's course). She gained her first film experience on the set of the film "The Woman in White."

From 2000 to 2001 she co-hosted with Vladimir Markin the program "TV Bingo Show" on RTR, and from December 26, 2014 to September 1, 2017 she hosted the program "Wait for Me" on Channel One (taking over that position from Maria Shukshina).

Since 2001 she has worked in film. She got the lead role in the film by American director John Daly "St. Petersburg-Cannes Express," in which she acted in English.
