María Valverde Rodríguez (born 24 March 1987) is a Spanish actress.

She was born María Valverde Rodríguez in Carabanchel, Madrid. She was 16 years old when she got the lead role alongside Luis Tosar in Manuel Martín Cuenca's film The Weakness of the Bolshevik, for which she won a Goya Award in 2003.

She has also appeared in several films, such as Melissa P., a film based on the scandalous book One Hundred Strokes of the Brush Before Bed by Melissa Panarello.
