Megumi Okina (born August 6, 1979) is a Japanese actress and 1990s J-Pop singer. Born in Hiroshima, raised in Tokyo, she made her J-Pop debut on August 19, 1995. She appeared in the Japanese original of "The Grudge." In January 2004 she married Susumu Fujita, but they divorced on July 22, 2005. Megumi's last film was the remake of the 2004 Thai film "Shutter." It was released on March 21, 2008, despite her announcement in 2007 that she was retiring from show business. She played the ghost Megumi Tanaka.

Around March 12, 2009, she announced that she was four months pregnant and planned to marry her boyfriend of two years, a businessman.
