Merlin Gordian Sandmeyer (born 1990, Saarbrücken) is a German actor.

Merlin Sandmeyer gained his first theatrical experience during his school years at a Waldorf school, after which he worked at the Saarland State Theatre as a director's assistant, musician and performer. From 2012 to 2016 he studied acting at the Otto Falckenberg School in Munich, while also performing at the Munich Kammerspiele. After completing his studies, until 2019 he was a member of the ensemble at the Vienna Burgtheater, after which he moved to the Thalia Theater in Hamburg, where he remains a member of the ensemble to this day.

Sandmeyer achieved widespread recognition through his roles in film and television, including in the television film "Silence! Lothar Is Dying Here" — alongside Jens Harzer — and in the mockumentary series "Die Discounter". In 2025 he also appeared in the sequel to "Schuh des Manitu". His reddish moustache is considered his personal trademark — he has not yet had to shave it off for any role. Sandmeyer lives in Hamburg with his family.
