Mitsuki Takahata is a Japanese actress and singer represented by Horipro. She is from Higashiosaka, Osaka, Japan, and studied at Hosei University in Tokyo. She made her television debut in 2007, her film debut in 2013, and in 2017 received the 40th Japan Academy Prize as Newcomer of the Year.

She has appeared in several videos, released her own album through Warner Music Japan, and advertised for Panasonic, Glico, and other corporations. She is signed to Horipro. She was the Japanese voice actress for Cinderella (Disney's "Cinderella," 2015).
