Parinaz Izadyar is an actress born in 1985 in Mazandaran, Iran. She first acted in Hassan Hedayat's film "Yek Mard Yek Shahr" in 2007. She became known for the films "5 Kilometers to Heaven" by Alireza Afkhami and "Zamaneh" directed by Hassan Fathi. She received the Crystal Simorgh for Best First Female Role in Saeed Roustaee's film "Life and a Day" at the Fajr Film Festival.

Among her other works are the series "Shahrzad" by Hassan Fathi and films such as "Vilayehha" by Monir Gheidi, "Pig" by Mani Haghighi, "The Overseer" by Nima Javidi, and "6.5 per Meter" directed by Saeed Roustaee.
