Biography
Cinematographer. Honored Art Worker of the RSFSR (13.03.1968). Went to the front as a volunteer. Before entering the cinematography faculty of VGIK, which he graduated from in 1951 (A. Galperin's course), he was a photo correspondent. From 1953 he worked at Mosfilm. One of the regular cinematographers of comedy director Leonid Gaidai. Buried in section 10 of Kuntsevo Cemetery in Moscow. His wife was Honored Artist of the RSFSR Nina Agapova.
