Biography

Peter William Krause (born August 12, 1965) is an American actor. He has starred in several television series, playing Casey McCall in Sports Night (1998–2000), Nate Fisher in Six Feet Under (2001–2005), Nick George in Dirty Sexy Money (2007–2009), Adam Braverman in Parenthood (2010–2015), Benjamin Jones in The Catch (2016–2017), and Bobby Nash in 9-1-1 (2018–2025). He is currently working on a new show, The Line of Fire, which will premiere on September 21, 2026 on NBC. For his work on Six Feet Under, Krause was nominated for three Primetime Emmy Awards, two Golden Globe Awards, and seven Screen Actors Guild Awards, winning twice for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series.
