Rhatha Phongam, known by the nickname Yayaying or Ying, is a Thai actress and singer. She is the daughter of famous comedian Noy Phongam. Yayaying has recorded with some of Thailand's best talents and released her debut album when she was only 16 years old. She is also an excellent dancer and has studied ballet since the age of 6.

She attended the fifth grade at Saint Joseph Bangna School, graduated from Matthayom 6 at Phraharuthai Convent School, and earned a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Humanities in English at Bangkok University, as well as a master's degree from the Faculty of Economics in Business Economics at Bangkok University. She studied English in Australia for one year.

An international talent fluent in both Thai and English, Yayaying has appeared in productions in Thailand, Germany, and most notably in acclaimed director Nicolas Winding Refn's film Only God Forgives alongside Hollywood star Ryan Gosling.

After some time working in the industry, she changed her real name from "Wirawan" and her stage name "Yayaying" to "Rhatha" on the advice of a fortune teller.
