Robert Hepler "Rob" Lowe (born March 17, 1964) is an American actor. Lowe became known after roles in such films as The Outsiders, Oxford Blues, About Last Night..., and St. Elmo's Fire. On television, Lowe is known for his roles as Sam Seaborn in The West Wing, Senator Robert McCallister in Brothers & Sisters, and Chris Traeger in Parks and Recreation.
